If you'd like to return an item, please email us at hello@dogsofcharmcity.net. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in in new condition. The full amount (minus shipping if applicable) will be refunded to the customer within 4-7 days of us receiving the return.
