Shipping for orders is a flat $4.99. Orders over $75 ship for free.

While we are 99% sure you’ll love your order, we understand that you may need to make a return. • If you'd like to return an item, please email us at hello@dogsofcharmcity.net • We accept in-person returns at Dogtopia of Canton and Loyal Company McHenry Row. You must notify us via email prior to returning the item in order for us to process your refund. • If you'd prefer to ship the item to us, return packages must postmarked within the 10 days following delivery.
