Dog Owner Etiquette
Let's be responsible pet owners so that we can continue visiting these patios and restaurants with our dogs for years to come! Here are some tips to ensure you and your dog are invited back.
- Keep Your Dog Leashed
- Bring poop bags and pick up after your pet when nature calls. A brisk walk prior to taking your dog out to eat with you is always a good idea!
- Don’t put them up on the table or sit them in a chair (even though that is SO cute).
- Don’t drop your dirty plate for licking clean. Save that for home. (You know you do it...we do too)
- While you are totally obsessed with your dog, remember that other humans paying to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful patio-dining experience may not. If you have a dog (or a kid for that matter) that is having trouble settling down, take a quick walk around the block.
If you visit one of these dog-friendly patios or one that isn't listed above, we'd love to hear about your experience! Reach out to us at hello@dogsofcharmcity.net or on Instagram.
