This all-levels yoga class is designed to be approachable, playful, and fun, featuring sweet (and sometimes silly) interruptions from adorable, adoptable puppies roaming the room. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this experience is truly about connection, laughter, and community.

A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to PAWS (Puppies Are Worth Saving)to help support their ongoing rescue, care, and adoption efforts. Your downward dogs help real dogs find loving homes. 🐾
