About the Event
This is National Dog Day weekend in Baltimore, and we're celebrating it the best way we know how: an hour of gentle yoga with real, adoptable rescue puppies loose in the room.
Join us Saturday, August 22, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM at Yoga Union Baltimore in Hampden for an all-levels class where puppies wander, nap, and play around your mat while you flow. No yoga experience needed — just a willingness to laugh when a puppy tries to steal your water bottle.
This event benefits Coffee and Paws Rescue, a Maryland foster-based rescue. Every dollar of net proceeds goes directly to their work getting puppies out of crisis and into homes.
