Upgrade to a deluxe party hat made by our friends at Buster's Party Shop if you plan to reuse your hat for future celebrations, want to pass along your hat to a dog friend for his or her celebration, or simply want to upgrade your dog's look on their special day! Hats measure 2" in circumference and are 3" tall. Comes with elastic band with an adjustable fastener. Very durable and made in the USA!

BOWTIE OR BLOSSOM
The perfect accessory for any celebration! Made with love by Banjos Bows in Fells Point, Maryland. Double-sized velcro straps come apart, attach to collar or harness, and can be cut to size if desired. Both sizes fit all dog collars and are appropriate for dogs of all sizes. Bow size is simply personal preference!
