BARCS Inaugural Ball Crawl…. is an edible “ball crawl” through Little Italy, held in celebration of World Spay Day—a day dedicated to promoting spaying and neutering pets to combat pet overpopulation and euthanasia, while highlighting the importance of animal welfare and community health.
